The Holidays & Travel Skin Pack from DyNNamite comes with  Five Image Headers, plus a No Image Header option, ideal for subpages... Each of the skins have a fixed width and a full width version.

The fixed width skins are 800 pixels wide, however have the capability to widen seamlessly if necessary. The skins use a horizontal menu and feature top, bottom, left and content panes, as well as an additional two custom panes.
